Lady Pioneers Dominate in 47-22 Win Over Pike

The Lady Pioneers put together an impressive all-around performance in their 47-22 victory over Pike, showcasing strong offense, tough defense, and great team spirit. Bridget DeFur led the scoring attack with a dominant 25 points, knocking down 3 of her 6 free throws. Eastyn Deemer followed with 11 points and an impressive 4 of 5 from the line. Jazmine Hunt added 6 points, while Mare Simpson contributed 4 points and went a perfect 2 for 2 on free throws. Mia Laws chipped in 3 points and hit 1 of 2 free throws, and Ivy Land rounded out the scoring with 2 points. Skylah Boyden made her mark on the defensive end, disrupting Pike’s offense and creating plays for her teammates. Lala Montgomery and Sophia Brown also played a key role from the bench, cheering on the team and keeping the energy high throughout the game. It was a true team effort for Mooresville as the Lady Pioneers rolled to a 47-22 win, showing growth, focus, and teamwork on both ends of the court.
