Your Lady Pioneers travelled to Penn High School for one of the toughest tournaments in the midwest, the Sarah Hildebrandt Invitational. Out of 51 teams, our girls finished in 3rd place, losing to Hobart and Merrillville, both of which had 4 more wrestlers active today. We represented well with the following place winners. Overall Champ - Khloe Weber Bracket Champ - Brylee Blackwell 3rd place - Neveah Hultgren, Cadence Williams, Kaydie Epley 4th place - Anna Sipos, Alibell Coughlan Mattingly Hutchison finished 2-2 on the day, and we had three wrestlers earn their first career wins today. Avery Boes, Leyah Johnson, and Lillie Engstrom all collected victories on the day. The Lady Pioneers will be back in action on Wednesday night in a dual meet vs Perry Meridian.
