Patriots Pull Away in the Fourth, Top Mooresville 69–46

Terre Haute North used a dominant fourth quarter to break open a competitive game and defeat the Mooresville Pioneers 69–46. Leading 48–36 after three quarters, the Patriots surged with a 21-point final frame while holding Mooresville to just 10 points. The Patriots’ efficiency was the difference throughout the night. Terre Haute North shot an impressive 60% from the field, including 75% inside the arc and 37% from three. Mooresville struggled to keep pace offensively, finishing at 35% from the floor, 41% on twos, and 28% from deep. On the glass, Terre Haute North held a slight advantage, collecting 22 total rebounds (14 defensive, 8 offensive) to Mooresville’s 15 total rebounds (9 defensive, 6 offensive). Mooresville assisted on 8 of their 14 made field goals but was plagued by 14 turnovers, giving the Patriots extra possessions. Terre Haute North took better care of the ball, committing just 8 turnovers.
