With a good victory from Friday night fresh in their mind, the Lady Pioneers JV team traveled over to Northview to make up for the canceled game from Tuesday night. The Lady Pioneers put together four solid quarters of play on Saturday afternoon and limited the Lady Knights scoring chances to single digits for most of the game. As the pace of the game quickened during the third quarter, the Lady Pioneers matched the Knight's speed and effort to still outscored them. As the clock wound down through the fourth quarter, the Lady Pioneers played a 2-3 zone to slow the speed of the game back down and gave Northview a couple more open shots to add to their score. The 44-27 victory for the Lady Pioneers improves the team's record to 14-6 (6-1 Mid-State) on the season. Leading the Pioneers in scoring was Kaydence Straneva with 12 points. Alicia Crawford played another solid game and contributed an additional 11 points for the team. The Lady Knights and Lady Pioneer JV teams have now ended their season.
