Mooresville Athletics

The Varsity Pioneers started Set 1 with all 6 Seniors on the court! Sam Bellner, Bryce Bodell, Noah Burns, Sebastian Casteel, Cooper Huntsman, and Ty Stonehouse made up the floor. The next 3 sets were quick, putting the Achaeans away with scores of 25-13, 25-14, and 25-22. A slight change allowed 4-year seniors Cooper Huntsman and Ty Stonehouse to play positions that they normally don't see, with setter Ty at libero and defensive specialist Cooper at right side hitter. In the end, it was a great way to celebrate all 8 of our seniors, including managers Rebecca Schulz and Brayleigh White. We are forever indebted to all 8 of them for the leadership they've provided to the entire program! The Pioneers have one more week of regular season play before heading into Sectionals! They'll kick off the week with Center Grove in the Curry Center on Monday; JV to start at 6! Go Pioneers!
