The Mooresville Girl's Golf Team Finishes 4th at Plainfield Invite

The 2026/2027 IHSAA season officially started today with Girl's Golf tournaments around the state. The Lady Pioneers opened their season at Deer Creek golf course in the Plainfield Invite. Of the 6 teams competing, Zionsville won the tournament with a score of 340. The host school, Plainfield, finished 2nd with a 360. Martinsville finished 3rd with a 371, Mooresville's score of 382 was good for 4th. The newest member of the Mid-State conference, Bloomington North, was 5th with a 389. And rounding out the scoring was Avon with a 424. Finishing tied for 4th overall and leading the Lady Pioneers with a 83 was senior Julianna Bell. Also scoring for the Pioneers were sophomore Karleigh Reese 97, junior Elizabeth Tiley 98, senior Bri Addair 104, junior Emily West 105, and sophomore Kallie Arthur 109. The Lady Pioneers are back in action this Wednesday 4:00 at Winding River Golf Course. They will take on Perry Meridian and Greenwood.
