Mooresville Pioneers Football Friday Night Lights Week 3 Final Mooresville Pioneers- 14 Plainfield Quakers- 27 The Mooresville Pioneers made the short trip to Plainfield in week 3 of the Indiana High School Football season and dropped their first game of their 2026 campaign 27-14 to the Quakers. With the loss the Pioneers are currently 2-1 on the season and sit at 0-1 in the Mid State Conference. The Pioneers Pioneers offense was led by Senior Running Back Hunter Untersinger who had 18 carries for 113 yards and one touchdown. Eli Hill was 13 for 30 on the nights with 117 yards passing and one touchdown pass. Junior Wide Receiver Cooper Jones led the way in receiving with 6 receptions for 62 yards and one touchdown reception. Junior Linebacker Talan Dobkins recorded a fumble recovery while Junior Desmond Wood had an interception in the Pioneers first loss of the season. The Mooresville Pioneers will be back in action on Friday September 11, 2026 and will host the Bloomington North Cougars, the Cougars make their first trip to Mooresville as members of the Mid State Conference, kickoff scheduled for 7:00pm.
