Mooresville’s Unified Flag Football team battled to the final whistle in a tough 20–22 loss, a game defined by grit, big plays, and a finish that kept everyone on edge. Abraham delivered a standout performance, grabbing a momentum‑shifting interception, punching in two touchdowns, and powering through for a clutch two‑point conversion that kept Mooresville within striking distance. Levi added another touchdown, helping fuel an offense that refused to back down as the game tightened.With the clock winding down, Mooresville had the ball and the chance to write a dramatic ending. The final drive pushed deep into scoring territory, the sideline roaring with every gain. But despite the effort, execution, and heart, the team couldn’t quite punch it into the end zone to complete the comeback.
