Varsity vs EVANSVILLE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL (3 - 1) Win The Pioneers traveled to Evansville to play against Evansville Central for the first time. Dakota Strachan was able to find the back of the net first off of a free kick after a foul outside the box by Evansville Central. Evansville Central was about to capitalize shortly afterwards, and the game was tied 1-1 at the half. The Pioneers came out in the second half with more energy and began pulling away from the Bears with 2 goals by Owen Hopkins with one coming off an assist from Castle Simpson. The Pioneers were able to return home with a 3-1 win.
