Lafayette Jefferson hosted the Lady Broncho Invitational today at Battleground Golf Course. Battleground also host one of the 6 regional tournaments in the state tournament. Because of that, this field has some of the best teams in the state., and has been dubbed the best invitational in the state today. With 21 teams competing today, the Pioneers held there own with a 391 to finish 11th. Zionsville showed why they are the top team in the state winning the team title with a score of 296. Carmel finished 2nd with a 302, and Westfield finished 3rd just one shot back with a 303. Scoring for the Pioneers were Bri Addair who led the way with 94, Elizabeth Tiley shot a 96, Julianna Bell shot 99, Karleigh Reese shot 102, and Emily West shot 103. The Pioneers are back in action Tuesday at Heartland Crossing. They will take on Cascade and Celebrate Senior Addison Farley.
