Saturday Morning Junior Varsity Football Final Mooresville Pioneers- 18 Greenwood Woodmen- 8 The Mooresville Pioneers Junior Varsity Football Team came away with an 18-8 win over the Greenwood Woodmen on Saturday morning, 18-8. The Pioneers trailed 8-6 at the half yet scored twice in the second half as the defense shut out the Woodmen in quarters 3 and 4 to secure the Pioneers third victory. With the win the Pioneers improve to 3-1 on the season and are currently 1-1 in the Mid State Conference. The Pioneers will be back in action on Saturday September 20, 2025 and will travel to Decatur Central to take on the Hawk's, kickoff scheduled for 10:30am.
